We agree with the comments on the good pump out operations.
It insures cleaner waters.

Two more that were head and shoulders above others we have
seen while cruising the US East Coast were pump out operations
at Block Island, RI and at the City of Annapolis, MD.

The BLOCK ISLAND operation is on the Great Salt pond and
despite up to a couple thousand boats at anchor from time to time,
they get around.  Block Island is FREE.  They figure they want to
insure their water staying nice.  You can see the clear bottom below
your boat.  I am sure the FREE PUMP OUTS keep it more pristine.
