Our marina has a gas driven pump out mounted on a pontoon boat (Poop Barge).
It has a long hose. We do have finger piers and they usually pull into an
empty where someone is out. They can then reach up or down four or five slips
with the hose. Easy, fast and convenient. They charge $15, but it is cheaper
if you go to the gas dock.
