Plain text without attachments is the format that this list and most other lists are based on. It also is a smaller size and takes less time to download for those who are paying for time (which some people still do) or those who don't have high speed modems. I don't use OE - don't know what Eric uses. There is really NO EXCUSE for not being considerate and using plain text. I also find the little paperclips on the posts a pita also. I don't know why we have to have such a big signature line for the group.
