If the recommended dose of aspirins is 2, would you not think
that taking TEN is better.  After all, why not swing for the fences?

But seriously, I have heard others with expertise advise
the engines are not designed to pump with that much
pressure.  They will work for a while, but not as designed.
They build up more stress on the pump pulling through far
more suction than designed for.  Also, the fuel flow is intended
to help cool the components it runs through and with too
little fuel flow, there is less cooling, more friction and heat.

The ten micron to 30 micron pre-filter filters particles in size
ranging from 1/7th to under a half the dimension of a human
hair, respectively.  For the first filter that will filter the right
size to keep the fuel flowing and help prevent a problem
in the engine, and will not duplicate the single filter the
engine is meant to operate on.
