To explain further, we use the word "shoerepairman" as a person who has a small
bench in the corner of a street of a poor neighborhood and does patch-up shoe
repairs.
The word is "Tsangaris" ("a"s as in apple) and we refer to anyone who does a
patch up job
like backyard mechanic who ia proud of his duck-tape bodywork type.
