Ton,

You should have a multiple entry/exit visa in your passport. If you have 
traveled through a US airport with this passport, you have it. You boat 
will need a cruising permit if you stay longer than a year. There was 
talk about getting rid of this but that is all it is, talk. You get the 
cruising permit from a US Customs office.
