Just happened across another source for the vacuum gauge that replaces the T handle on Racor 500, 900, and 1000 series filters: http://www.designatedengineer.com/DragPointerLookDown.html. Includes the adapter. Not as cheap as buying just a gauge from McMaster Carr; $25-$50 cheaper than the gauge+adapter kits sold by Defender and lots of other places. Have never bought from designatedengineer.com, so can't comment on their responsiveness, accuracy, etc.
