Ron, and the list,

The Admiral and me "toyed" with this particular stove because the  
Admiral "thought" that there might be a chance that she would be doing  
more baking once on board and therefore, propane vice an electric oven  
was the smarter route to go...

So, went to boat show and found a supplier. First the price was eye  
popping.

Second, installer could NOT arrange for installation.

When i asked him about spare parts, he said he stocked none and would  
have to get them from the UK, if he could...

(I wanted some spares with the initial order.)

In the end, we found him to just too uncooperative to be considered as  
a supplier.

We looked at other gas ovens/cooktops but in the end, the Admiral said  
that the amount of baking she will be doing on the boat is probably  
the amount she does now.

So, we are going with our electric combo microwave, oven, broiler, and  
a lpg domestic cast iron cook top.

These are supposed to be good, although many yachts, especially  
stabilized ones, use domestic appliances
