Sorry for taking so long to get back to you about the problem. I
started a new job and had lots of other things to do.
Anyways, Alexander, I ran the 6.1.1-3 LiveCD with /sbin/hotplug sedded
out. It booted on the 233Mhz Pentium. I tried a few times, and tried
6.1.1-4-sbinhotplugblank as well and it also worked.
So I hope this will help us debug this problem a bit. We can point
other people with this problem to 6.1.1-4-sbinhotplugblank and see if
that helps them.
