let's release the 6.1.1-5 CD with the following changes:
1) Revert the latest init.c change (r1387): it is completely wrong.
2) Sed out "/sbin/hotplug" from the kernel (replace it with the empty
string, ""), as we don't know any better solution to the freeze-on-i586
problem.
3) Address the 640x480 FAQ by merging r1514 (minus nALFS note) and r1519.
4) If you know what else should be here, reply.
Sounds good to me. I'll work on that tomorrow night, seeing as it is
already late. Alex and I have put a lot of effort into finding this
i586 problem but it seems less urgent with a hopefully new lfs release
coming soon, and the 6.2 LiveCD not having this problem.
If you think of anything more to add Jeremy, let me know. The 6.1.1
LiveCD is more or less just in bugfix/maintenance mode.
