What was the rationale for moving these three specific tests into `flang/test/Integration/MIF/`, and leaving the other 23 tests in `flang/test/Lower/MIF`? All the tests in `flang/test/Lower/MIF` run `%flang_fc1 -emit-hlfir` and AFAIK none of them are intended to be executed, so that can't be the only deciding factor?
