KVR does some pretty cool competitions like this, for example, make an
entire track with one Synthesizer. Usually they promote a prize, such as a
commercial sound library or plugin.
I like the link Janne sent out. A proper tournament would be a
client-server model where we enable and disable LMMS with a timer, which is
how I've seen it done with video games... but that's all sorts of
complicated... :)
