If they offer a site migration tool, set it up anywhere. If they don't
then it is probably worth waiting. Some CMS's are difficult to migrate to
a new domain.
Either way, I want to be a co-maintainer.
I would personally choose a CMS that's been around for a while and has a
rich community base, but I'm sick of arguing the topic so let's move
forward.
