Comfort is another argument, but you've already picked one nobody knows, so
I don't see how that is relevant.
If silverstripe offers a migration utility that does the database and
domain bindings easily (so we don't loose our work) then that would answer
the original question of whether or not to set it up prior to the domain
and hosting purchase.
