@tres, That is the whole point of silverstripe. whats seen by the end user
is what ever you really want it to be. The silver stripe back end is there
to make life easier. If you look at the pages in the back end they do Have
an editor to be able to work with custom code.
TBH I prefer option A as obviously the code can be improved especially in
the area of working with the database. Currently LSP is using a
depreciated mysql php feature. That bit needs a rewrite to use php's PDO
feature. I am curious actually if at this point I fix things if it will fix
alot of the issues that there are with LSP that were mentioned prior to the
project revival.
