Nevermind, I managed to access the db. It took me quite some time to get
the data, as the phpmyadmin interface on SF really is *horribly* slow.
Using SQL queries, I get a total number of 4021 files, summing up to 348Mib
in size. I don't know where those 1339 extra files on FTP come from, I
guess files don't get deleted properly.

The total number of downloaded files is 729163. When multiplying each
file's downloads with it's size, one gets 95.7 GiB or 102.8 GB of total
downloaded files.
