I was bored today so I made this. Mostly working already, vibrato hasn't
been implemented yet (not really part of the NES sound chip, but can be
managed with code trickery so I included (will include) it in). Most of
the other functionality mimics NES capabilities pretty closely, as
reference I used NES hardware specs from this great site:
nocash.emubase.de/everynes.htm and added in some fake-analog voltage
distortion, filtering and builtin dc-offset removal.
