You are not describing a problem Tobiasz? You say yourself that you use
preset names in your projects and always rename the preset in different
projects? So do I, and you would still do it with this enhancement without
affecting the already saved preset.

Or, I just realized, you are saying that the file name includes extra
information! Well, that is useful, but definitely wrong way of implementing
a systematisation of presets. One should instead make labelling presets and
samples possible, then you could easily find all samples you used in one
song by searching for the label. 

So I don't know if we should wait until labelling is possible.
