If you /really/ think it is in fact a 'no-big'deal' descission, then i would say 4. My argument would be that the view from 'outside' would show a more evolving and 'alive' project - eg: The buzz in the grape-wine would be like.. '/in lmms things are being looked at all the time, and new updates are freqently released/' (But i think you and Toby should decide )
