Yes, Linux only at the moment with no immediate plans for bundling for
Windows.

It is a plugin which allows many things, but probably most noteworthy is
LV2 and VST instrument support.  Since we don't have native LV2 instrument
support, Carla can act as a bridge to finally offer this functionality to
Linux.

It has many dependencies that aren't currently bundled with LMMS, so if we
decide to bundle for the proprietary OSs, we would need to do some
packaging work to the likes of Toby's MinGW PPA (and I would do the OSX
bundling through macports, assuming someone creates the recipe for Apple.

So you won't see this on Windows for quite some time and expect to see some
bug roll in for how it interacts with LMMS on Linux.
