Shift-scroll scrolls sideways. Which is consistent with song editor and
all other windows, so Alt would be the better choice here.

However, we already have a lot of overloads on scrolling:
Unmodified = vertical scroll
Shift = horizontal scroll
Ctrl = zoom
Ctrl-shift = next note length
Ctrl-alt = quantization

Do we really need another one, especially when the functionality is
already provided by another mouse command?
