It means that previously it was possible to create and enable a forum account by going through some steps to try to eliminate bots. It seems the bots have gotten smarter though. A lot of spam has started appearing on the forum again. I suppose you won't see this unless you are subscribed to get mail when there are new messages on each forum. > > Working on New Drums here, if you're following.
