It means that previously it was possible to create and enable a forum
account by going through some steps to try to eliminate bots. It seems
the bots have gotten smarter though. A lot of spam has started
appearing on the forum again.
I suppose you won't see this unless you are subscribed to get mail
when there are new messages on each forum.

Yeah we'll have to manage. it's wierd that they can get through. Brute
force coupled with better wordlists I guess..

I'll try to set up a reminder for myself to check outstanding accounts.
