Ew, that's odd. Can you do me a wee favour and post your ~/.config/MusE/MusE.cfg and ~/.config/MusE/MusE-qt.cfg files. I'd rather the files be posted say to DropBox than posting the text here. Then you should probably delete one or both of them to start over. Try deleting the ~/.config/MusE/MusE-qt.cfg first. Thanks.
