Hm, sure about that? Check the 'about'.

Maybe QTractor uses a different way of menuing or something,
 than MusE or Qt5Creator.

Looks like it. A different Qt5 app with no menu, eh?
Especially the big Kahuna itself - Qt5Creator  ...

Try to upgrade your distro - and make sure it's the very latest because 
 we went through some real crap with Qt5 in some previous releases,
 and there are /still/ MDI issues affecting the MusE Arranger.
