Again, agreed - this may be a linguistic thing, but you're confusing a logo with a header. All of those sites use the Ubuntu _logo_. Sure, they customise the header of the page, as is natural, but the logo is wholly identical. As far as I can see that is not the case with the proposed logos so far.
