Maybe what we do then is allow loco team leads to login to a panel and
add their loco launchpad team, details and draw a polygon defining the
area or a point(s) to show they are only in a city or a set of cities.
This would allow you to see at a higher level everywhere locos are at
with some bubbles when clicked giving info on the team. Then as you
zoom in we start polling the Launchpad API for each members location
at start ploting them on the map.  Maybe even giving them some bubbles
with brief descriptions when clicked.

The other question however becomes where and under what domain would
we host this whole idea of a LoCo Map?
