I think It will make people think twice before taking on a role, but that is just me being optimistic like I always am. the LCoC has been around for two years and one full year in drafting. like the CoC, even if one does not actually sign, the fact that you have a leadership role you are expected to act under the ideeas of it. so I guess the signing bit is just futher acknowledgement. >> Where do I sign? :D > > Just for the record I publically agreed to this on the ubuntu-za ML at > some point before I was elected as loco contact. It is ultimately the LoCo Teams and other teams involved in the community that will reflect this in their daily work. On the other hand, In My opinion this discussion reflects how mature we are as a community and I do believe the tone is definitely a positive one all the way. >> On Sun, Apr 25, 2010 at 1:32 PM, Jan Claeys <[email protected]> wrote: >>> Op vrijdag 23-04-2010 om 19:30 uur [tijdzone +0200], schreef David >>> Rubin: >>>> "One who oversees material, or resources" this IMHO isn't a leadership >>>> position and shouldn't be held responsible.
