We already have a satisfactory system for building docs. Please let us not complicate matters with yet another docu system.

Yes, you're right, these days a few hundred K extra (hopefully at worst, unless we have large images or something) won't bother too many people.

I'm sold, thanks, will check out Docbook format more. I'd gather we can then write the Ant build script to convert the Docbook's to HTML and bundle it inside the Jar. Anyone know of some good Docbook reference material?
