Regardless, I will be moving it to the "release" area for proper downloading after the voting time period is expired. If anyone wants to object, now is the time.
We need to start coordinating the main efforts for the 1.3 release. I doubt we are going to make the original off-the-cuff November/December estimate. :-) But let's start looking at what it will take to get going and off the ground towards beta.
