The definitive list is at https://svn.apache.org/repos/private/committers/board/committe-info.txt. You have to be a committer to have access to this repository. The list you refer to is fairly accurate, however you are also listed as being on the PMC even though you don't appear on the web page. Although I'm not on the PMC I fail to see the point of holding a vote unless someone else actually wants the job. Ralph
