I think there are two problems here

-it shouldnt go over stacktrace if the given pattern doesnt require.
-Loader.initializeClass. you might want to overload this method to not to 
initialize the classes. (for ThrowableProxy.loadClass usage )
I am not really familiar with the codebase right now, but I dont think you 
really need to initialize the class but just load it.
