Add "direct" option to ConsoleAppender for increased performance.

<action issue="LOG4J2-1418" dev="mikes" type="fix">
Provide MessageFactory2 to custom Logger implementations.
</action>
constitute enough of new feature to justify labeling the next release 2.7
as opposed to 2.6.2; currently all other changes fall into the fix or
update category.
