Sure, that's fine. I think Ceki's description of it as a contextual repository selector is a good one, though. So, maybe ContextualRepositorySelector.java.... unless that would describe a whole class of selectors not all necessarily keying the logger repositories on the classloader. In that case, the more specific name of ClassLoaderRepositorySelector.java is probably the way to go.
