sorry, I've been sloppy, I used SHFB all along.

Oh, it didn't look that way from the description I've seen.  Thanks a

I've manually added the generated HTML files and re-created the website:

     http://people.apache.org/~bodewig/log4net/site/

now contains HTML pages for the SDK reference.
