I have just fixed the appender so that it will not format arrays and objects,
so that's one problem less. Tried it out, seems to work fine.
Since log4php does not take additional parameters for logging functions, I'm
not sure how we could implement TABLE and TRACE.
Not to be confused: "trace" in FirePHP means print stack trace, "trace" in
log4php means logging a message with the Trace level.
I will give some more thought to this after Easter since I'll be out of town
until then.
