Adolfo Eu disse em uma mensagem anterior, que não me parece haver sido postada, que o fator de impacto depende muito da quantidade de acessos às revistas, o que para eles indica interesse e consequentemente importância. Nature é muito mais acessada que o JSL, donde ter um índice MUITO superior, e o mesmo deve acontecer com as revistas de educação. Veja em ecologia, câncer, etc. os índices sào altos. Enquanto essa maneira de ver as coIsas não mudar, há pouco a fazer. Chances, acho que nenhuma, pois ISI e etc não vão nos levar em conta. D
