For the Linuxbierwanderung 2000 T-shirts, I sent them to .us-ians via
normal post.  They got there within a week and the cost wasn't too bad.
I charged .uk people ten quid per shirt, 12.50 for .eu, and fifteen for
anywhere else.  All including postage.
