Unless I'm very confused the London list is on mailman, which is written in
Python. mailman provides a web interface. I've never really administered a
list, but from a user point of view I find mailman easier to cope with that
majordomo.

My only gripe with it is the position of the instruction word in (say)

   [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I have seen arguments, and I agree with them, that

   [EMAIL PROTECTED]

would be easier to understand quickly, as the ordering better reflects how
humans read things.
