Thats just it. I didn't do any thing with the CSS or graphics yet.
That was something I was going to do after I knew it would run
properly first. The pathing on the CSS is the way it was when i
downloaded the zip file. No changes in it whatsoever. Also the dev
server is the production server. It's being set up for a friend of
mine for a separate purpose.  But I was taking some space on it for
myself since I'm doing this all for free. It currently has no address
assigned to it .he hasn't given me that yet. But it is currently
connected to the i-net with ip 24.59.192.103 when using 24.92.226.40
or 24.92.226.41 for DNS
