  Hello Kaushal,
                    LPI is only responsible of the organization,
delivery and evaluation of LPI Cerfifications exams. SUSE and CompTIA
are separate Linux Certification programmes indipendent of LPI. 
However, there are partnerships between LPI and SUSE, as well as between
LPI and CompTIA.  What this means is stated on the page
http://www.lpi.org/linux-certifications/partnership-programs, where I
can read that:

1) current holders of a LPIC certification can also apply to receive the
SUSE Certified Linux Administrator (CLA) certification;
2) IT professionals that have earned the "CompTIA Linux+ powered by LPI"
certification can apply to receive their LPIC-1 certification.

  If this does not answer all of your doubts, I beg you to ask more
specific questions on the obscure sides of these partnerships, that
someone that is probably might be able
