It's all a balance.  Controlled, secure testing centers -- even with kiosks
and remote proctoring -- are expensive.  Home testing can be a security
issue.

Again, I'm open to all ideas, but very, very detailed plans, with various
considerations.  I have 'no power' but I'm always up for 'fighting the good
fight' if someone has a really great -- and deeply detailed -- plan.

But that aside, I think the LPI leadership and exam development has a lot
of developments in store for the future, as possible.  They have already
been down these roads.  Give them time to see what they can offer.
