Ansible is newer, and there's still a lot of Puppet and, to a lesser extent, a lot of CI/CD still built around Chef too.  Maybe we cross of Chef, since it's more common to CI/CD, and just go with Ansible and Puppet?

Probably a good time -- if time allows -- for a market survey, or rely on some industry partner that has already done one, including future trends.

We should still have awareness of puppet and chef.

So essentially, as suggested by Fabian, we could simply move over the whole configuration management from the DevOps track, but then again I think DevOps would miss an essential ops part.
