There isn't an official "deadline". Items will continue to be accepted,
even after the exam has gone to beta, as the later submitted items will be
queued for possible seeding in later (due to beta results), used in a
future form, or possibly even qualify for another level of development.
For my immediate needs, I need as many items as possible in the next week,
however, items accepted after that will not be wasted.
