maybe the issue as for as lilo is concerned is how to use lilo as a
boot-time config file.. mutiple nic's, sound card options (end-user
systems), password protecting init level 1, and things of that nature.
multiboot falls under that only for end-user systems when they _have to
have_ something else... and it may be another distro of linux or other
kernels in the same distro. (i tell my students to never delete an old
kernel out of lilo.conf until it is certain that all is well.... )
