You are right, the subject is addressed in the current objectives.  Bust
especially considering the context, I always interpreted it as setting the
BIOS (hardware clock) date and time - which can be done through the
BIOS interface, or with the `hwclock` utility.
  Some more background: the objective derives from task 1.1.4 of JAS_1:
        6.72  Set correct time and date, time preferably UTC 1.37
(The numbers indicate that it is important, and easy).

  But in our current objectives I am still missing that you have to set
the system time and the correct timezone.  As David Bandel pointed out,
this is easy to mess up, especially if you have MS-Win'9x too (this is a
problem even with networks containing both MS-WIn'9x and MS-Win-NT: you
can't get the time stamps consistent across shared disks).  This goes
beyond BIOS.  Now we need to also add synchronizing time across the
Internet using NTP.  Hnece my proposal.

Yes, but IMHO this one may be too terse as well; limiting number of user
logins requires special system configuration beyond Level 1 anyway.
