list. It addresses writing questions about documentation. If you as a Jr
Sysadmin or other Level 1 certified individual have ever had experience
having to document something for your job or for your users, please read
on and address the requests below.

Maybe the question is better phrased:  Can anyone who is a current sysadmin
or junior sysadmin tell us about a time or two when they needed to:

- write system documentation?
- support users?

If we had some "critical incidents" (some stories about performing well or
poorly) with respect to these, we might be able to write some items.
