I agree that there will definitely be overlap in many of the L3 topics. In my view, these overlapping areas are what I would call "Foundations". I beleive that very few single Foundation areas would merit an exam of their own, especially given that the idea with the L3 certification has always been "pass any two exams, and you're certified".
Instead, I imagine that some groups of questions will be common to several exams. Jason Richey David A.
