That is an interesting point.  However, all language exams would be 
available in all countries, so the exams are currently being developed to 
be language specific.  So, in Switserland, if you chose the German exam, 
you'd answer in German, in French/French, and so forth.

Hmm... I'm glad I brought the question to the mailing lists, it's given me 
new insight into some of our global issues :-)
