Yes, I know.

The ISC2 CISSP is designed for 4+ years of experience.
The ISC2 SSCP is designed for 1+ years of experience.
ISC2 _verifies_ experience by sampling applicants regularly.

The CompTIA Security+ is designed for 6+ months of experience.

It was rev'd in either 2004 or 2005 IIRC.
The original 2002 release was trash IMPO.

CertCities Top 10 list is based on survey _popularity_, not actual
belief in the value.  Although it is nice to note that LPI is now in
that mix -- people at least know about it (probably because of sheer
alumni).
