The half way mark was July 2012. With a launch of Jan, 2015, that
puts it at 2.5 years and 5 years since the last full refresh. Plus,
the 2.5 year mark update wasn't a full, JTAed refresh.

There is always some dust to settle. Oh, and I'm pushing for there to
be some overlap (at least, 6 months) where the v3.5 and v4.0 exams are
available together. This will give people that are finishing up their
studies some time to get certified with what they are already using.
Which also brings the EOL for v3.5 to mid-2015.

We're doing 304 concurrently (well, a one month lag). I'm expecting
303 to get completely reviewed in 2015.
As for 305, with the cloud tech and other buzzword friendly areas, I
think that it's going to get lumped into the "what do we do next"
category and isn't a done deal as far as topic coverage. That said,
if anyone wants to suggest additional credentials, please speak up,
too.
